As A.A. World Services states, the Central Office/Intergroup is the front line for local area meetings. We are reachable 24/7 via phone. Fellow volunteers doing service receive all kinds of A.A.-related questions. When you join our day, night, or weekend team you will receive a watch packet with all the information you need. Volunteers simply forward our phone number to their phone, or when we open, answer the phone during the day in the Central Office. We also offer 12th Step Calls for those newcomers or returnees who feel a need to talk to someone in their area/location. You can be added to our list to do this important service and assist the next alcoholic.
